Product Description
The ZarStar Drain-Vacuum Pre-Filter can be installed as a standalone unit or paired with the ZarStar Skimmer (p/n SKZ101xxx). It attaches to the vacuum port line and includes a 19-1/2" x 6" self-contained basket with a 300-micron filter bag to pre-filter debris before it reaches the pump or filter baskets. This reduces clogging and improves pump efficiency. The unit includes an adjustable collar, G154 UV-tested lid, and is constructed with a super strong engineered polymer upper housing and extra heavy-duty PVC lower section—no transitional glue required. Features 2-1/2" outside slip and 2" inside slip ports, with 2" threads for pressure testing, a built-in overflow or fill port, and an autofill valve with stainless steel bonding plate. The float is injection-molded with pre-molded threading.
