Official Rules for the AquaStar Pipeline Filter Giveaway
 

1. Promotion Description:
   The AquaStar Pipeline Filter Giveaway gives participants the chance to win a Pipeline Filter during our exciting trick shot event. For every successful trick shot made from the AquaStar roof, a randomly selected participant will win a Pipeline Filter. The giveaway runs starting November 25th and continues through the end of December. The giveaway is open for entries until the final shot is completed and the winners are announced.
    

2. Eligibility:
   The giveaway is open exclusively to pool industry professionals who are legal residents of the continental United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of pool product manufacturers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and wholesale distributors are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
    

3. Agreement to Rules:
   By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
    

4. Promotion Entry Instructions:
   To enter the giveaway, complete the sign-up form with all required information, including your name, contact details, and proof of pool professional status. Incomplete entries or entries not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at AquaStar’s sole discretion.
    

5. Selection of Winners:
   For every successful trick shot made during the event, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on AquaStar’s Instagram account. Participants must follow AquaStar Pool Products on Instagram and respond promptly to claim their prize.
    

6. Winner Notification:
   Winners will be notified via Instagram or email following each successful trick shot. AquaStar is not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters, junk email, or incorrect contact details. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 10 days, or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
    

7. Prizes:
   Winners will receive one AquaStar Pipeline Filter. They can choose to have the filter shipped directly to their business address, with AquaStar covering all shipping costs, or receive a voucher to pick up the filter at their preferred distributor. Limit one prize per participant.
    

8. General Conditions:
   AquaStar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if it believes the giveaway cannot be conducted as specified. This includes the right to adjust the official rules, alter the prize or participation terms, or terminate the giveaway entirely, in response to any event that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In the event of cancellation, AquaStar may elect to identify winners from among all eligible entries received up to the point of termination. Changes to the giveaway will be announced as appropriate, with details and revised terms made available to all participants.
    

9. Privacy:
   Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the AquaStar website.
